Chichester, NH Roofing Contractor

Roofing Services in Chichester, NH

Chichester is a small rural town east of Concord along Route 4, with older farmhouses, capes and homes on wooded lots. Long winters and shaded roofs make ice dams and moss common problems, which we address with ice and water shield, ventilation and the right roofing material.

Marquis Roofing has served New Hampshire homeowners for more than 25 years. We work throughout Chichester and across Merrimack County, starting every project with a free inspection and a detailed written estimate so you know exactly what we found, what we recommend and what it costs.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee that includes a lifetime warranty on most of the roofing materials and a 25 year labor warranty. We guarantee you will be happy with the work!

Built for Weather in and Around Chichester

North of Manchester, snow tends to stay on roofs longer, and that is when ice dams and attic frost do their damage. Many homes in the Concord area are also older, with chimneys and roof lines that need careful flashing. We plan every roof around those conditions, and we install standing seam metal for homeowners who want snow to slide off on its own.

Roofing and exterior services we offer in Chichester:

Roof replacement with asphalt shingle and metal roofing systems
Ice dam and roof snow removal in winter
Roof repairs, leak repair and storm damage
Metal roofing, including standing seam and metal shingles
Vinyl siding installation

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I looked for someone to evaluate our roof because we had developed a few leaks. Heath Marquis came out almost immediately and provided us with information on where he thought the failures might be and the cost for the repairs. He was professional and confident which helped us make our decision to move forward with the work. The work has been completed and we are feeling confident that the leaks have been fixed.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A beautiful high quality metal roof was installed by Josh and his crew on our multi roof lined, partial log home!! From Brad, who gave us a quote, to Josh and his crew, it was a professional well executed plan to remove our shingle roof and install a top quality metal roof. The craftsmanship of the installers exceeded our expectations. Our house, a combination of 4 different roof lines, needed a team that could produce tight fitting panels and trim from their workshop in our driveway. We can’t be happier with our decision to go with Marquis Roofing! Kudos to the team and thanks again!!! The picture was prior to completion, but I had to add it because it looks terrific!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Second time using Marquis Roofing. The first time they came over with an unbeatable quote to install my metal roof and this time was to install a snow retention system (snow rails). Once again the pricing was perfect, 2 other companies quoted close to double for this type of job. Quick install and a must have if you have a metal roof.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Tom and the team at Marquis are fantastic.
Had our roof done a few years back and the team was on time, professional, worked hard, and made sure all my concerns were addressed.
Fast forward a few years and had an issue with an older part of our roof not done by Marquis, and they still came right out. Heath solved the issue and addressed all of my concerns.

I cannot recommend Marquis highly enough
