Roof Replacement in Manchester, NH

Manchester winters are hard on roofs. Heavy snow, ice dams and freeze-thaw cycles wear out shingles and expose weak spots in flashing and ventilation. When repairs no longer make sense, a full roof replacement protects your home for decades.

We install asphalt shingle, standing seam and metal shingle and rubber (EPDM) roofing on homes of every age and style, from older multi-family homes to newer single-family neighborhoods. Every replacement includes a full tear-off, inspection and replacement of damaged decking, ice and water shield along eaves and valleys, new flashing, proper ventilation and complete cleanup.

We will walk you through your material options and help you choose the right roof for your home and budget. Ask about our roof financing options to spread the cost over time.

Roof Repair and Emergency Service in Manchester, NH

Missing shingles, storm damage, ice dams and leaks around chimneys, vents and skylights are the most common roofing problems we see in Manchester. Small issues get expensive quickly once water reaches the decking, insulation or ceilings, so it pays to act fast.

Our team finds the source of the problem, explains the fix and gets it done right the first time. Because we are local, we can respond quickly when a storm damages your roof. In winter, we also offer ice dam and roof snow removal to stop leaks before they start. Learn more about our roof repair services.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I looked for someone to evaluate our roof because we had developed a few leaks. Heath Marquis came out almost immediately and provided us with information on where he thought the failures might be and the cost for the repairs. He was professional and confident which helped us make our decision to move forward with the work. The work has been completed and we are feeling confident that the leaks have been fixed.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A beautiful high quality metal roof was installed by Josh and his crew on our multi roof lined, partial log home!! From Brad, who gave us a quote, to Josh and his crew, it was a professional well executed plan to remove our shingle roof and install a top quality metal roof. The craftsmanship of the installers exceeded our expectations. Our house, a combination of 4 different roof lines, needed a team that could produce tight fitting panels and trim from their workshop in our driveway. We can’t be happier with our decision to go with Marquis Roofing! Kudos to the team and thanks again!!! The picture was prior to completion, but I had to add it because it looks terrific!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Second time using Marquis Roofing. The first time they came over with an unbeatable quote to install my metal roof and this time was to install a snow retention system (snow rails). Once again the pricing was perfect, 2 other companies quoted close to double for this type of job. Quick install and a must have if you have a metal roof.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Tom and the team at Marquis are fantastic.
Had our roof done a few years back and the team was on time, professional, worked hard, and made sure all my concerns were addressed.
Fast forward a few years and had an issue with an older part of our roof not done by Marquis, and they still came right out. Heath solved the issue and addressed all of my concerns.

I cannot recommend Marquis highly enough
