What Affects Vinyl Siding Cost?

Vinyl siding is one of the most affordable ways to update a home’s exterior. Your price depends on:

Size of the home – total wall area and the number of stories.
Removal of old siding – taking off existing siding adds labor and disposal.
Wall condition – damaged sheathing or trim has to be repaired before new siding goes on.
Siding grade – thicker and insulated vinyl panels cost more and perform better.
Trim and details – soffits, fascia, corners, window and door trim, gables and dormers.

Every project starts with a free, detailed estimate, and financing is available. Not sure it’s time? See the warning signs your siding needs replacement.

Vinyl Siding FAQs

How long does vinyl siding last?

Quality vinyl siding commonly lasts 20 to 40 years with very little maintenance. It never needs painting; an occasional rinse keeps it looking new.

Does vinyl siding hold up to New Hampshire winters?

Yes. Vinyl handles snow, rain and freeze-thaw cycles well when it’s installed correctly, with room for the panels to expand and contract as temperatures swing.

Can new siding go over my old siding?

Sometimes, but removing the old siding lets us inspect and repair the walls underneath before they’re covered up. We’ll recommend the right approach after seeing your home.

Why choose vinyl over other siding?

Vinyl costs less than wood or fiber cement, comes in a wide range of colors and styles, and never needs painting. Read why vinyl siding is so popular in New Hampshire.

Can you do my roof and siding together?

Yes. Because we handle both, we can plan a roof replacement and new siding as one project with one crew and one schedule.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We offer financing options for siding projects. Ask about current plans when you schedule your estimate.

What areas do you serve?

We serve homeowners throughout southern and central New Hampshire, including Manchester, Concord, Nashua and dozens of surrounding towns. See our full service area.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I looked for someone to evaluate our roof because we had developed a few leaks. Heath Marquis came out almost immediately and provided us with information on where he thought the failures might be and the cost for the repairs. He was professional and confident which helped us make our decision to move forward with the work. The work has been completed and we are feeling confident that the leaks have been fixed.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A beautiful high quality metal roof was installed by Josh and his crew on our multi roof lined, partial log home!! From Brad, who gave us a quote, to Josh and his crew, it was a professional well executed plan to remove our shingle roof and install a top quality metal roof. The craftsmanship of the installers exceeded our expectations. Our house, a combination of 4 different roof lines, needed a team that could produce tight fitting panels and trim from their workshop in our driveway. We can’t be happier with our decision to go with Marquis Roofing! Kudos to the team and thanks again!!! The picture was prior to completion, but I had to add it because it looks terrific!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Second time using Marquis Roofing. The first time they came over with an unbeatable quote to install my metal roof and this time was to install a snow retention system (snow rails). Once again the pricing was perfect, 2 other companies quoted close to double for this type of job. Quick install and a must have if you have a metal roof.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Tom and the team at Marquis are fantastic.
Had our roof done a few years back and the team was on time, professional, worked hard, and made sure all my concerns were addressed.
Fast forward a few years and had an issue with an older part of our roof not done by Marquis, and they still came right out. Heath solved the issue and addressed all of my concerns.

I cannot recommend Marquis highly enough
